What we can't help with
We don't operate transport and we don't sell tickets, so we can't process bookings, payments, changes or refunds.
Private transfers are booked through our partner GetTransfer — manage those directly with them. Metro, bus and taxi queries should go to the relevant operator (İBB, HAVAIST, Havabüs).
