HAVAİST lists a no-change service between Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen, boarding at IST from the level -2 bays. "Direct" does not necessarily mean non-stop, and it is not a protected flight connection: the journey crosses the whole metropolis and is heavily exposed to traffic, so don't build a tight self-transfer around a typical journey-time estimate — allow a substantial buffer, and compare the coach against the rail chain and a pre-booked transfer with a fixed quote on the day.
